Mix Few strands of Kesar in 1 tbsp of warm milk. Keep aside.
Heat the mawa in a broad non-stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes, while stirring continuously.
Add cardamom powder & saffron milk. Mix Well.
The mixture should be smooth and soft.
Remove from the heat and let it cool completely.
Add Sugar Powder and mix well.
Spread the dough to cool slightly, so it will be easy to prepare pedas.
Now scoop a tbsp of dough and prepare a ball
Prepare a smooth and crack free ball by greasing ghee to hands.
Place pistachios or any dry fruit at the centre and press gently.
finally, instant kesar peda is ready to serve or refrigerate in a air tight container to store for a week.
