Ingredients

Instructions
In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt & Pepper.
Now add all the chopped vegetabls Capsicums, Corn, Spinach, Feta Cheese and Mix Well.
Add Refined Oil and Curd into the mixture and mix well.
If the batter is too thick add the water to adjust the consistency.
Pour the prepared mixture into the muffins moulds. fill 3/4th only.
Garnish with chopped vegetables.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Flour You Can have of your own choice.
Vegetables You Can have of your choice.
Prepare the vegetables in advance just mix them and bake. Will save your time if you are in hurry.
Kids will love them in there tiffins also
