Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Green Capsicum, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Capsicum, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red Capsicum, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Corn
  • 1 Cup Spinach Leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 3 tsp Refined Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Curd

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt & Pepper.

  • Now add all the chopped vegetabls Capsicums, Corn, Spinach, Feta Cheese and Mix Well.

  • Add Refined Oil and Curd into the mixture and mix well.

  • If the batter is too thick add the water to adjust the consistency.

  • Pour the prepared mixture into the muffins moulds. fill 3/4th only.

  • Garnish with chopped vegetables.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

    • Flour You Can have of your own choice.
    • Vegetables You Can have of your choice.
    • Prepare the vegetables in advance just mix them and bake. Will save your time if you are in hurry.
    • Kids will love them in there tiffins also
