Holiday Fruit Cake - Christmas time
Fabulous holiday fruitcake! With dates, raisins, walnuts, glazed cherries, and orange zest. Perfect for Christmas celebrations.

Ingredients

Walnuts
Instructions
Seive all the dry ingredients Flour and Baking Powder.
Beat Butter with beater till smooth and creamy.
Add white and Brown Sugar and beat again till the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
Add vanilla essence and mix well.
Gradually add flour . Mix well.
Add soaked fruits, walnuts and mixed nuts.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin. Sprinkle some dry fruits and berries.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes Or till the tester comes out clean.
Cool completely before taking out of the tin.
Allow cakes to completely cool before slicing.
