Recipe
Masala Tea Powder
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Cloves
1/4 Cup Green Cardamom
1/4 Cup Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Cinnamon Sticks
2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
2 tbsp Dry Ginger Powder
2 tbsp Dry Basil Leaves
1/2 Nutmeg
Instructions:
In a heavy bottomed pan take cardamom, cloves, pepper, cinnamon and fennel and dry roast them on low flame until aromatic.
Add Ginger powder, Basil Leaves and nutmeg. Cool completely.
Transfer all the spices into a blender.
Blend to a coarse powder. Chai Masala is ready.
