Choco chips muffins (eggless)
Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cup minus 3 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- 3/4th cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
Method:
- Sift all dry ingredients for even mixing.
- In another bowl beat curd and sugar till sugar is dissolved.
- Now mix oil and vanilla essence.
- Now gradually add flour mixture into the wet mixture. Taking one tbsp at a time.
- In a plate or bowl sprinkle 1 tbsp flour on choco chips then gently add it into the muffin mixture.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree.
- Spoon the 3/4th batter in the muffin liners.
- Top with few choco chips if you like.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes till the tooth pick comes clean.
