Ingredients:
- 1 cup Oil any neutral flavoured
- 1/2 cup Full cream milk chilled
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Mustard powder / mustard sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
For Pepper Garlic Flavour :
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic
For Tandoori Masala Flavour:
- 1 tsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
For Chilli Chatkara Flavour:
- 1 Green Chilli
- 2 tbsp Green Coriander
Method:
- Firstly, In a large mixing bowl or a jar take chilled milk.
- Add Salt, Sugar, Vinegar & Mustard Sauce. Mix Well.
- Gradually add Oil and blend with a hand blender or stick blender.
- Blend till the mixture begins to thicken and emulsify.
For Pepper Garlic :
- Crush Pepper and Garlic together and mix it with the prepared Mayonnaise.
For Tandoori Mayonnaise:
- Mix Tandoori masala & Tomato Ketchup with Mayonnaise.
For Chilli Chatkara :
- Make a paste of fresh coriander and green chilli .
- Mix it with the Mayonnaise base.
